Adeline N. Gobe
Board Member

Gobe Adeline Nchinda has a career that span Health Care Management, Women Rights Advocacy and Arts Collection. Adel always knew she wanted to be part of a team that represents people of all facets of life, working to make the world a better and more inclusive place but didn't know exactly what that would look like.

When she found Racial Healing International, she immediately wanted to be a part of its creative culture, and soon felt at home in a community of educators, advocates and campaigners who are dedicated to the serious, difficult, and deeply necessary work of antiracism. Before joining RHI in 2022, Adel was co-founder of the interdisciplinary arts project Lost Artifacts. Working across artifacts, sculptures, and textiles, she has collected unique artifacts and participated in exhibitions throughout the US and Africa.

A creative problem solver, Adel holds a Bachelor of Science in Law from the University of Buea, and a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Christian University. She brings to the Board a cultural artifacts mindset with core values of collective decision-making.

When not working, Adel enjoys travelling, especially with her husband and their son.
